The message button on the website is the preferred method, as all messages remain in one place and there are no issues with emails being sent to SPAM.

If there is not an answer to your questions, please reach out with all details. Please do not send "this isn't working". I will need to know your printer type, computer type, what you have tried, the file you are asking about, etc.
